كيف تستخدم FalsiFind ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتقنيات التتبع المماثلة على موقعنا التسويقي.

Effective Date: May 6, 2026
Last Updated: May 6, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Obscurae Intelligence Inc., a Delaware corporation (“FalsiFind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our marketing website at falsifind.com (the “Website”). It supplements our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. To the extent there is any conflict between this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal information through cookies, the Privacy Policy controls.

This policy does not address cookies or tracking technologies used inside the FalsiFind detection platform at app.falsifind.com or api.falsifind.com (the “Platform”). Platform cookies are described in the Platform documentation and are governed by the customer’s subscription agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

١. ما هي ملفات تعريف الارتباط

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the operators of the site. We also use other tracking technologies that function similarly to cookies, including pixel tags, web beacons, local storage, and server-side identifiers. In this policy, we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies.”

Cookies can be classified by who sets them and how long they last:

  • First-party cookies are set by FalsiFind directly when you visit the Website.
  • Third-party cookies are set by a service we have integrated, such as an analytics or marketing provider.
  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

٢. كيف نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط

We use cookies to operate the Website, to remember your preferences, to understand how the Website is used so we can improve it, and (only with your consent) to measure marketing performance and to enable optional functional features. We do not use cookies to make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

٣. فئات ملفات تعريف الارتباط

Our cookie banner gives you control over four categories. The categories on this page match the banner exactly.

3.1 Strictly Necessary (always on)

These cookies and similar technologies are required for the Website to function and to keep it secure. They handle routing, session continuity, load balancing, bot detection and fraud prevention on our forms, and remembering your cookie choices. They do not require your consent under applicable law and cannot be disabled through the banner.

About Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile is a CAPTCHA replacement that processes your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and limited interaction signals to produce a verification token. It runs invisibly or with minimal interaction. Turnstile does not use this data for cross-site tracking or advertising and does not set third-party advertising cookies. Because Turnstile is a security function (specifically, bot detection and fraud prevention), it operates on the strictly necessary basis under the ePrivacy Directive, the legitimate interests basis under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and the security purposes exception under the CCPA/CPRA. It is on whether or not you accept any other cookie category.

3.2 Analytics (off by default; opt-in)

We use Umami, a privacy-respecting traffic analytics tool, to understand which pages are useful and to improve the Website. Umami does not perform cross-site tracking, does not build advertising profiles, and does not sell or share data with advertising networks. Umami operates only when you have enabled the Analytics category in our cookie banner.

3.3 Marketing (off by default; opt-in)

These cookies measure marketing campaign performance and let us show you relevant FalsiFind content on third-party sites. They are off by default and operate only after you enable the Marketing category in our cookie banner.

Important California / US state privacy notice. Enabling Marketing cookies may constitute a “sale” or “share” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar terms under the comprehensive privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states. You can opt out at any time through the cookie banner, by selecting “Reject all,” or by emailing privacy@falsifind.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request from any browser that sends them.

The specific Marketing cookies we use depend on which campaigns are active. Common examples include:

3.4 Functional (off by default; opt-in)

These cookies enable optional features such as embedded media (for example, videos hosted by a third party), chat widgets, and saved UI preferences such as remembered form selections. They are off by default and operate only after you enable the Functional category.

٤. إدارة تفضيلاتك

Cookie banner. When you first visit the Website, our cookie banner gives you three choices:

  • Reject all. Strictly Necessary cookies remain on. Analytics, Marketing, and Functional cookies will not be set or read.
  • Save preferences. Toggle each category on or off individually, then save your selection.
  • Accept all. All four categories are enabled.

You can change your choices at any time by opening the modal from the link in the Website footer. We honor your latest choice from that point forward and remove cookies that are no longer authorized.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor GPC as a valid opt-out signal for the Analytics and Marketing categories. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a “Reject all” for those categories on every page load, even if you have not interacted with the banner.

Browser controls. Most browsers let you block, delete, or restrict cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the Website. Browser-level controls operate independently of our banner and may override your banner choices.

Do Not Track (DNT). There is no widely adopted standard for how websites must respond to DNT browser signals. We do not respond to DNT, but we do honor GPC as described above.

٥. النقل الدولي للبيانات

Some of the providers listed in this policy (including Umami where self-hosted in the United States, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, and Vercel) may process cookie data in the United States or other countries outside your country of residence. Where personal information is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States or another third country, we rely on the transfer mechanisms described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the receiving entity is certified, Standard Contractual Clauses with Transfer Impact Assessments, and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and Addendum where applicable.

٦. الأطفال

The Website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly use cookies to collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have done so, please contact privacy@falsifind.com.

٧. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

Our cookie use changes over time as we add or remove tools, run new campaigns, or update functionality. When that happens, we will update this Cookie Policy, update the cookie banner and the Cookie preferences modal, and update the “Last Updated” date above. For material changes, we will reprompt you for consent through the banner. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, subject to your right to change cookie preferences at any time.
